• "Services" refers to all services provided by DiscoloKaka

3. Use of Services

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Registration

4. Facility Rules and Conduct

• Keep noise levels appropriate for a shared workspace
• Clean up after themselves

• Smoking or vaping in the facilities
• Consuming alcohol without permission
• Bringing pets (except service animals)

5. Booking and Payment Terms

5.1 Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by DiscoloKaka. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

5.2 Payment

• Payment is due in advance for all services
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Late payment may result in suspension of services
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5.3 Cancellation Policy

• Day passes: No refund for cancellations made less than 2 hours before booking
• Meeting rooms: 24-hour cancellation notice required for full refund
• Monthly memberships: 30-day notice required for cancellation

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Limitation of Liability

DiscoloKaka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

6.2 Personal Property

Members are responsible for their personal property. DiscoloKaka is not liable for any theft, loss, or damage to personal items left in our facilities.

6.3 Security

While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee the complete security of our facilities or your belongings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our facilities, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DiscoloKaka and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy
